Third Time’s a Charm for Serafini

After a 5th place finish in 2015 and 3rd overall in 2016, Louis Serafini broke tape for the first time at the 2017 New Bedford Half Marathon. The Heartbreaker captain fought it out for 11 windy miles with Ruben Sanca and Amos Sang before breaking the race open and running away with the victory. Louis blazed the 13.1 mile course in 66 minutes, 19 seconds – a fantastic result given the weather conditions. We caught Louis for a few words post race. Here’s his summary of how it all unfolded.
